1. Nose to tail assessment of your pet’s health and a discussion with our vet about your pet’s nutritional needs. Our assessment will include – triage of your dog’s major body systems, identification of your dog’s body condition using our clinical score chart (more information about this assessment can be found here: https://www.myfamilyvets.co.uk/how-heavy-should-my-dog-be), review of current feeding plan and overall skin, digestion and dental conditions.
2. 1-2-1 follow up with your vet to discuss your dog’s dietary needs, including a review of your pet’s Personalised Nutrition Plan.
